Have a registration question and can’t find the answer anywhere else? UVic operates a registration helpline to assist you with the ins and outs of My Page and the course registration system. Send your questions by email or contact the helpline by phone at 250-721-8142.

Academic Advising

If you need assistance with the planning process you’re encouraged to speak with an adviser. Contact your program's adviser or visit the Advising Centre if you’re studying in humanities, science or social sciences.

Welcome Centre

The Welcome Centre’s Student Ambassadors will offer registration assistance for students in the Victoria area who are having trouble registering for courses online. Additional support from the Welcome Centre will be available:

• June 19 and July 7: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30pm to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 11:30am to 3:30pm
• August 15 and September 12: Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm
