Langford Lake
Ex Nixon and Leigh Road Trails
This is a great race training trail; it offers varying terrain with some pavement running. This loop trail will take you on a boardwalk over the lake to great swimming and fishing spots.

| How to get there | Turn right off hwy #1 at Exit 14 onto Veterans Memorial Parkway. Turn right onto Goldsteam Avenue and then left onto Leigh Road, just past Spencer Middle School. Follow Leigh Road to the parking lot at the end of the street. |

Part of this loop follows Goldstream and Leigh Roads where there is no side walk but minimal traffic. Use caution when on roadways. |

The green diamond indicates the start of the loop at the parking lot at the main beach. Follow Ed Nixon Trail until you reach Goldstream Avenue, turn right and follow Goldstream until you reach Leigh Road. Turn right onto Leigh Road. You will see a sidewalk trail at 4km mark that will take you back to the parking lot.
